Wow, what a whirlwind few weeks it has been. Going to college at my age is an experience, thats for sure. I’m having a blast so far. I’ve attended almost 2 full weeks of classes already. Time sure flies when you are enjoying what you are doing.
So far I have mounted 3 CZ’s into prong rings. I am also learning how to saw, solder, bend, form and file copper. I think our instructor likes the 80’s, because the earrings we are making so far are HUGE. But then again, that might be the style right now, lol.
I am also taking a lost cast waxing class. I am learning how to basically cast findings out of alloy, silver or even gold if I want. I think I will stick to the alloy until I know what I am doing.
